You may be interested and inspired to read a few of the comments from clients who I have already successfully taken through the Thrive Programme.  They have all worked hard and put in the persistent effort that has enabling them to achieve their own personal goals. I am incredibly proud of all of them for what they have accomplished in a matter of just a few weeks.  These people are no different to you, if they can do then it so can you!

Georgia, Middlesex

Georgia who has overcome stress anxiety and low self esteem using The Thrive ProgrammeWhat was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
Before Thrive I was creating lots of unnecessary anxiety about my university work, had a shocking amount of self-confidence and hadn’t felt like me for a while. I felt very overwhelmed by small things and wasn’t enjoying the things I usually did. I was very emotional, insecure and verging on depressed. I was constantly comparing myself to others and thinking everyone was better than me.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
Completing the programme with Mary meant that I focused more and I truly believe I probably would have put it off if it wasn’t for her support.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
Yes, I have learned a lot from Thrive! Parts of it were tough but it was absolutely worth it. The self-confidence and control over my emotions has made it so worthwhile.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
The key thing in the programme for me is the tiny little changes you make each week. It may not feel that different day to day but suddenly you realise how far you have come – and that feels great.

What did you get out of going through the programme?
I feel like myself again. I now feel confident (something I have never described myself as) both in my work and social life. I worry a lot less and feel more in control. Perhaps the greatest thing I have learned through Thrive is to be kind to myself as I am to others. You are your own personal cheerleader after all!

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
My life is happy again and I am enjoying every day. The confidence and belief in myself means I create little to no anxiety.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before – Out-of-control, Overwhelmed, Insecure
After –  Confident, Happy, Content

Have other people noticed the change in you?
Yes, my Mum and Dad especially. They have noticed my confidence and that makes me feel even prouder of my journey.

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
I feel like I was relying on my Mum a lot before the programme, I was always very upset. Now we just chat and laugh instead of me crying all the time! I also see my friends a lot more and am back to playing my sports team.

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
Since I’m currently at university, the environment I am in and the work I have to do can sometimes be full-on. However, I have never felt so calm and ready for my final set of exams. My new-found belief in myself means that I know my exams will be a success. I finally feel good enough.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
Do it, why not? Anyone can Thrive.

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
I’m planning on continuing at university and going on to complete a Masters degree. I’m also hoping to travel and get out of my comfort zone even more. I’m excited for the future and no longer worrying about it!

Kirsty, Surrey

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme
I decided to go through the Thrive Programme as I love to learn and am always looking for ways to develop myself on a personal level.  I also thought I could make use of what I learnt to help others.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
I hadn’t realised when I started the programme that I needed to work on my confidence and the way I treated myself, but Mary helped me recognise these were areas I needed to address. Working with Mary also gave me goals to work towards, and she supported me throughout the process – pushing me and challenging me where I needed it.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
I loved going through Thrive!

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
I hadn’t tried other interventions or therapies before. When I started the Thrive Programme I was slightly skeptical however I cannot believe the transformation from the start of the programme to today!

What did you get out of going through the programme?
A clearer understanding of myself and the knowledge that I am a great person and have a very positive impact on my family, friends and colleagues.

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
I’m much more confident in myself and my abilities.  I can be honest with people without worry or analysing as I would’ve before.  I’ve realised that I can do anything I want to.  My life is in my hands and I’m going to make every day count.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before – Lacking self-confidence, Doubting my abilities, Sad
After – Confident, Strong, Happier

Have other people noticed the change in you?
Most definitely – in a positive way!

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
I’m a happier person and my enthusiasm is contagious.  As I am more relaxed and spontaneous I can see friends and family at short notice rather than having to plan-ahead.  And being honest stops awkward situations from occurring.

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
I’m having more honest conversations with my boss.  I have presented to the whole business (300 people) and would happily present again in front of a large audience.  My confidence and belief in my self means I am happy to interact with everyone in the company, regardless of their position, and to also take on new challenges.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
I would say – don’t hesitate – do it!  Make sure you complete the homework and push yourself.  The more you put in, the more you get out.  The change starts slowly and the first few weeks can be a little frustrating.  Stick with it – I did and I love the new me!

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
To share my experience with others.
To take control of my life.
To remind myself I am a great person and I do so many positive things every day.
To be kind to myself.
To have lots of fun and amazing new experiences.

Krystal, Liverpool

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme
2016 wasn’t a good year for me. There was a lot of pressure on my relationship. I had financial difficulties. And something which I didn’t realise at the time but is glaringly obvious when I look back now, I wasn’t happy in my job. The final straw was when I was made redundant in January. It came out of the blue and knocked me for six and it caused a bit of a domino effect in my life. I came close to ending my relationship, feeling like there was no point in trying to make it work. And I started sinking towards depression.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
Working with Mary made all the difference. I truly believe that if I’d decided to go through the programme on my own I wouldn’t have stuck with it and completed it. By having the support of a consultant like Mary, it ensures that you not only stick to the programme, importantly it also makes you address some of the more difficult things you may not do on your own, in a gentle yet challenging way and in doing so it gave me true perspective and allowed me to achieve all my goals.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
I thoroughly enjoyed going through the programme. At times, it was emotional and pushed me out of my comfort zone and it was hard work, but it was absolutely worth it! The more you put in the more you get out!

What did you get out of going through the programme?
I got Krystal back! I’d spent so long out of control and miserable without even realising it, and now for the first time in a long time I feel truly happy again. On about week 4 of the programme Mary asked about my positives from that week and one of the things which I relayed was that my boyfriend and I had laughed together that week, really laughed, stomach clutching, ridiculous laughter – and the sad thing was, I couldn’t remember when the last time we’d done that before Thrive. I feel more laid back. I’m able to cope with anything that comes along. I still don’t have a job at the level I was before the redundancy so financially things are a little tight. Before Thrive this would’ve had me really worried, however now I know whatever happens I can cope and we’ll be ok and I know I don’t ever need to lose that laughter again!

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
My life has completely changed for the better. By learning to be internal, I’ve realised that the only person who has the power to change my life is me. My relationship is booming, we’re happier than I think we’ve ever been. I’m happier with my body and I’m taking realistic steps to become fitter and healthier, in fact I’d even go as far to say I’m starting to love my body! I’ve decided to retrain and change careers. Before Thrive, I don’t believe I’d have even been able to achieve one of these things, let alone all three!

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before – Depressed, Despairing, Angry
Now – Happy, Positive, Beautiful

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
I’m less snappy now and much more forgiving of others as well as myself. I find it easier to relax and have a good time. And I think I must be much easier to be around and to live with!

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
When I embarked on the programme, I was in the process of setting up my own business as a consultant in the field I have been working in for the past ten years. I’ve since made the decision to walk away from the industry – having finally admitted to myself that I wasn’t passionate enough about it to make a business successful. This was a huge turning point for me. Before Thrive, I would’ve seen this as a complete failure, however now I realise this is actually a huge success! I admitted to myself that it wasn’t the right thing and I made the decision not to go ahead with it, I didn’t stick with it for fear of what people would think, I decided to look for something which would make me happy! I’ve now made the decision to retrain and I am going to take qualifications to work in HR. This will mean that I’ll be based in Liverpool rather than travelling as with my previous job and I’ll have the opportunity to create a life in Liverpool which I haven’t done over the 4 years I have been here.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
If you’re thinking about going through Thrive then there is obviously something in your life that you feel needs work, so go ahead and do the course because you will discover that you probably have a lot more things which could do with work and this will give you the tools and the confidence to deal with all of them yourself. Stop doing the quick fixes or burying your head in the sand and take control of your happiness. Without trying to sound too cheesy, it really will change your life.

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
Living in the moment, I will be taking one step at a time and enjoying and appreciating where my life is right now something I didn’t do before. Life’s too short to be living one step ahead and be wishing your life away!

David, Amersham

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
I had struggled with depression, huge highs and lows for years all through my teens and twenties and I wanted to finally address the issue. My girlfriend at the time had recently finished Thrive herself, highly recommended the course and put me in touch with Mary.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant
There were certainly some ups and downs throughout the course, but gradually over time I began to address certain issues I didn’t even know existed and slowly found my confidence in myself again.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
Yes definitely. I learned a lot about myself and even though as I said before there were some low moments, with Mary’s reassurance I kept going and it paid off in the end.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
I’ve tried CBT and going to the doctors before as well as talking to family, my girlfriend and friends but none of them helped me long term. Thrive has a way of breaking things down and it forces you to look at yourself as opposed to all the other external factors in the world. Once you understand and apply that to your life is when your life changes for the better.

What did you get out of going through the programme?
The biggest thing was feeling like I had a choice. In the past I would blame everything around me including the past and other people for my failings which led to my low self-esteem. I realised that all of my current beliefs actually dictated how I see the world so I started focusing on being positive and reminding myself that I have a great life.

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
It’s changed a lot. I feel like I’m in control of my life rather than being dragged along by life. I’m certainly more confident in my own ability as a person and I don’t beat myself up and talk down to myself anymore. I’d say that was my worst habit of all! Life throws a lot at you but if you have solid foundations and strong coping skills you can handle any situation.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before – Depressed, Confused, Sad
After – Confident, Content, Motivated

Have other people noticed the change in you?
Those closest to me have for sure. I don’t have huge lows anymore I’d say I’m at least a +7 everyday which is something I honestly didn’t think was possible. It’s a great feeling to finally be content with my life

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
They’re probably relieved they don’t have to tread on egg shells or listen to me moan for hours when I’m on a downer! Me becoming a better person has benefited everyone around me and that’s another great feeling

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
I’m more consistent in my moods and more confident in my ability which allows other people to have more trust in me.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
I’d say if you’ve struggled with depression, low self esteem or you have a consistent feeling of hopelessness then you have nothing to lose by trying Thrive.

It took me 31 years to find Thrive and I wish I’d found it years ago because its changed my life for the better and with the support of someone like Mary I can’t see how you couldn’t improve your life for the better. Its a fantastic life changing course and I would recommend it to anyone I met

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
I’ve got lots to look forward to with my career and my family around me. For the first time in my life I’m content with who I am which is all I ever wanted! Thank you to Thrive and thank you to Mary!

Anna, Rickmansworth

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
10 years of being single, (it can be loads of fun being single, but I’d had my fun and it was beginning to get lonely & tiring), bringing up 2 children, building and growing my own business, mortgage, bills, trying to be the life and soul of the party, trying to be a supportive friend to friends in crisis, turning 50 and not treating my body & health with the respect I should have been. I was thinking I was losing my ‘mojo’ to the menopause and worried I’d never find it again. Fortunately Mary had the answer to get me out of this hole!

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
I needed Mary to help me understand the Thrive workbook. Not that the book is difficult, but to do it on your own it is easy to get distracted and not mentally digest it all.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
I love doing Thrive, for me it is an ongoing process because it helps me to relax, helps me to focus on what’s important in my life. In short when I do Thrive, when I am conscious of Thrive I feel content.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
The key thing for me are the exercises. At first I didn’t really believe I needed to do the exercises, was it really necessary? Eventually, I realised I did need to do them and they do work!

What did you get out of going through the programme?
I’m a much better and happier person now. Now I’m an “Internal” thinker and have self-belief. I’m kinder to myself and my body, I make healthier lifestyle choices and am proud to say I’ve even stopped smoking! I manage my own life and my thoughts – decisions are based on what I want and not what I think other people want or think I should do. Thrive has given me the tools to manage any unhelpful, negative, mental self- sabotaging crap that used to go on in my head. So rather than it going on for weeks and weeks as previously I now know how to stop it promptly. I don’t look for highs, reckless behaviour to get rid of the stress. And importantly I now know how to be much more content.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
BEFORE – Chaotic (both life and in my head); Insecure (always looking for others to validate me; Lack of appreciation (of what I had & what I’d achieved)
AFTER – Focused (on what’s important to me); Content (I don’t worry and I don’t beat myself up anymore); Appreciative (of the moment)

Have other people noticed the change in you?
Yes, I’ve had people comment on how well and healthy I look, but the most important thing is I feel better, I’m in control and more content in myself.

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
My daughter has and will definitely benefit, I am a lot more understanding, patent & able to help her with any anxiety issues she has. I concentrate more on conversations, being in the moment as my mind is no longer wandering and worrying about the next thing. And I now I find it easier to say ‘No’ to people.

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
I have more self-belief in my own abilities & my business. For example over the last 2 weeks I have had 2 knock backs, but rather than letting it mentally torture me for the next 4 weeks as I would’ve before, I instead got on with doing some Thrive exercises which cleared my head, got perspective, got me refocused and got my head back in the business. Prior to Thrive I had no arsenal in my armoury to help me cope with any knock backs and this massively held me back from progressing my business. I can now push my business forward with plenty of self-belief and energy.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
Just Do It!! I really do believe everyone can benefit from Thrive whether you think you have a problem, issue, addiction, low self-esteem or belief, depression or even if you want to improve your already fantastic productive life Thrive will help you to do so even more.

Cam, St. Albans

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
I wasn’t managing my thinking well and consequently I was creating lots of stress and anxiety    in my life. I was having troubles with sleeping on a regular basis, I had low self-esteem and had very little faith in my own capabilities.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
I no longer create huge amounts of anxiety about situations that I face throughout the day, whether that be a one to one encounter with a friend, whom I previously would’ve worried about their opinion of me or what I suspected someone was thinking about me in the supermarket

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
I truly did enjoy the Thrive programme with Mary. I looked forward to each session and was guaranteed to come away feeling much better than I did when I walked through the door.  Mary has a great sense of humour and she made talking about even the toughest of topics really easy.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
Thrive for me is unlike any other programme. I had been to talking therapy in the past, which in my opinion is a complete waste of time and money! You can’t rid yourself of conditions by simply talking about it. Thrive is a “doing” programme that helps you to recognise your thinking and where you’re going wrong to create symptoms. It then teaches you how to correct your thinking so you no longer create your issues in the first place.

What did you get out of going through the programme?
I got my life back!

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
I would say my life has changed for the better for sure.  There have been so many benefits from going through the programme.  I now sleeping better, I have a better work life and social life and it’s even improved my sex life!

Which words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before the programme I felt helpless and now I feel content

Have other people noticed the change in you?
My mum has particularly noticed a huge change in me and my behaviour.

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
They actually get to see me now! I no longer end up making up excuses why I can’t see people as I no longer suffer from high social anxiety.

In what way is your business benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
I’ve seen great results in my business! I have a lot more faith in my own capabilities and as a result have been able to be a lot more dedicated, have been able to start my own business and I’m no-longer stressed!

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
Do it!  It’s worth every penny.

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
I’m about to run the London Marathon in aid of the Mind charity, something I couldn’t believe that I was capable of before the programme. I’m continuing to take my business from strength to strength and most importantly I’m going to keep working hard at thriving.

Hattie, Rickmansworth

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
I was in an ‘on-off’ relationship and I found that during every ‘off’ I’d get very down and feel like I was entering depression. I’d had depression in the past and whenever I’d had a bad patch I feared that it’d develop into depression again. I also had Anorexia and Bulimia a few years before, and whilst I was much better and it was under control most of the time, whenever I was down, I tended to either stop eating properly or enter a Bulimic phase. In hindsight, I hadn’t been fully happy for a long time and I didn’t feel very ‘me’.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
I feel like the ‘old me’ again! I feel stressed much less often, I embrace being busy rather than panic. Now I can actually relax and do absolutely nothing without feeling guilty or lazy and I don’t try and control stressful or sad situations with food. Most importantly, I let myself be me and I’m happy with it!

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
Definitely. There were times when it was hard, but there were so many more times that were enjoyable. I was constantly realising how much power I have over my emotions and my thoughts.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
I’d tried counselling for Depression and CBT for Anorexia, without any success. Instead I relied on antidepressants. I’d never have thought it was possible to have a session without crying, I genuinely didn’t even consider it as a possibility. Throughout Thrive, I think 1 out of 8 sessions I had a little cry, and I was still laughing by the end of it! It doesn’t feel like therapy; it feels like learning.

What did you get out of going through the programme?
I found me again! I’ve made changes to my life that have made me a much happier person and I now have a completely new approach to situations that would’ve previously made me stressed or upset. I’m also at the point where I don’t have to consciously think differently, instead it just happens and afterwards, I realise how differently I’d have previously handled that same situation.

How would you say your life has changed by going through Thrive?
My life is happy again! I also feel like it’s slowed down because I’m not constantly wishing and striving for more in the future, I’m just letting myself be me and enjoying living day by day.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life 1) before Thrive and 2) now having gone through the programme?
Before going through the Thrive Programme my life was: Anxious, Busy, Pressurised
After I went through Thrive with Mary my life is now: Happy, Fun, Exciting

Have other people noticed the change in you?
Yes, everyone around me! My Mum, in particular, has pointed out many situations that I would’ve handled very differently before Thrive. She loves that I let myself laugh again and I’m much more relaxed. Before my final Thrive review session she texted me to say “Tell Mary I love her for helping her find you again!”

How have your friends and family benefited by you going through the programme?
They get to have the happy healthy me again. I know that when I’ve been down before I haven’t been much fun to be around and tended to take things out on those closest to me, by snapping. Now I’m back to being chatty and sociable and I very rarely snap!

In what way is your company/business/career benefiting by you going thorough Thrive?
Thrive made me realise that I wanted a change of career and within a month of completing the programme I’d handed in my notice and had a new job lined up!

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
100% go for it! It does require hard work and the only way to make permanent changes, is to put in the effort, but that’s the reason it works and it’s SOOOO worth it!

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
A new job’s first on the list and the rest I’m taking as it comes, which is a first for me!

Becky, Northamptonshire

What was going on in your life that meant you decided to do the Thrive Programme?
For a number of years I had suffered with obsessive compulsive disorder, it meant I couldn’t leave the house without checking if all the plugs were off, if all the taps were off, if all the windows and doors were shut etc.- it became a ritual for me. It was part of my every day routine. More recently I began to suffer from anxiety, I’d have “freak outs” in meetings at work, at social events and even when driving. It started with the odd bad day but it got worse and worse and practically took over my life. It was like I didn’t recognise this shy, uncomfortable, nervous person that I had become.

There came a point where I knew I just couldn’t carry on being like this, it wasn’t me and I needed it to change. It took a lot of courage for me to speak out, I was worried about what people might think and I guess I was also embarrassed. But eventually I sought help from Mary and the Thrive Programme and it’s the best thing I have ever done!

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
Having Mary’s guidance throughout the programme was amazing. She explained the programme in a way that I really understood, she supported me throughout and was always on hand if I was having a “blip” or if I needed to go over anything. Mary gave me the tools I needed to overcome my issues. I’d come away after every session feeling empowered to keep continuing on my journey to Thriving.

Did you enjoy going through Thrive?
I really enjoyed the Thrive Programme, it was very interactive and practical. The nature of the book made it easy to apply the theories to my situation, which made every section relatable to me.

Was there a key thing in the programme that stood out to you? And if you’ve tried other interventions or therapies before, what made Thrive different?
The Thrive Programme worked for me because it looked at the source of my issues, it made me look inside my own head at my own beliefs and helped me to get to the root of the problem and change it – other interventions only helped me mask and deal with my symptoms rather than finding and changing the cause of them.

What did you get out of going through the programme?
Going through the programme has really made me realise so much about myself, about the way I think, about the language I use and my beliefs. It has made me realise that I am in control of what happens in my life, I create the anxiety and OCD, it doesn’t happen to me.

How would you say that your life has changed by going through Thrive?
The Thrive Programme has completely changed my life. I am now a confident and outgoing person on the inside and out! Most importantly, I am kind to myself and believe in myself. I put me first which is something I could never do before. I feel so much more relaxed about being sociable! I meet with friends every week, I am keeping fit and am regularly attending meetings again at work.  I’ve got my life back on track and am feeling better than ever before.

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life having gone through the programme?
Happy – I’m happy with the life I lead now.
Confident – I’m so much more confident in myself.
Positive – I have such a more positive approach to life and the way I deal with different situations.

What would you say to anyone who is thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
I would say do it! Going through the Thrive Programme is the best decision I’ve ever made – it’s completely changed my life! It’s a lot of effort and hard work but every single second is worth it. You don’t just solve your original issue, you exceed your original self. The support and guidance from Mary was incredible, I couldn’t recommend Mary or the Thrive Programme enough.

What’s next in your life now you are Thriving…?
I want to continue to Thrive in all aspects of my life. I will continue to believe in myself, work hard and lead the happiest, content and fulfilled life I can.

Laura, Watford

What was going on in your life that meant you decided go through the Thrive Programme?
In 2012 I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and, after my 3rd operation my partner and I decided to start trying for our first child. But as the months went by with no joy, my emotions and thoughts started to spiral out of control. I struggled to cope with everyday situations, I was crying all the time and I would avoid seeing friends and family. I would also brood and overthink and had a very negative outlook on my life. After about 13 months of this and my stress level rising I was told about the Thrive programme so I contacted Mary.

What difference did it make to you going through the programme with the help of your consultant?
Having Mary taking me through the programme made such a difference! It was great to have her explain anything that I didn’t fully understand and I felt I could be open and honest with her.

What did you get out of going through the programme and how would you say you’re life has changed?
Thrive has helped me understand the way I think and why I react and feel certain ways. It’s enabled me to manage my thinking so I think more positively. It allowed me to build my self-esteem and gain the confidence I needed to change my life – I’m happier, more positive and I’m confident.

My life has changed so much since I started Thrive. I’ve made lots of positive changes in my life and been motivated to follow my goals both big and small. I’ve joined boot camp again, I’m back socialising with my friends and meeting new people. I’m more relaxed and so much happier in my everyday life and I know I can now cope with any situation I’m faced with. Whilst was challenging at times, the end result has been well worth it!

What 3 words would you use to describe you and your life having gone through the programme?
Positive, Confident & Motivated.

Have other people noticed the change in you?
When I was about 4 weeks into the programme people at work started to comment on how much happier I was. My family and friends are so happy I’m smiling again and back to being myself – they’re very proud of me.

What would you say to anyone who’s thinking of going through The Thrive Programme?
Definitely do it! I can’t express how much it’s changed my life. If you’re willing to put 110% effort into the programme you’ll see the changes – you will change your life!

What’s next in your life now you’re Thriving…?
I’m redecorating my house, planning my wedding and continuing with my fitness. I’m looking forward to a bright and happy future, whatever it holds for me, and I know whatever happens in life, I can cope and be the person I want to be!
